Bayside Bushwalking Club

Enjoy the beautiful sights, sounds and smells - not to mention the serenity and adventure of outdoor activities in the Australian bush with the friendly group at Bayside Bushwalking Club.

Bayside Dance for Health and Parkinson's

Located in Hampton, Dance for Parkinson’s Australia offers classes for people with Parkinson’s in Bayside. In our classes, participants are empowered to explore movement and music in ways that are refreshing, enjoyable, stimulating and creative. Join in the fun today!

Bayside Over 55s Exercise Group

Low impact standing and seated workout for balance, flexibility and core strength. We are a social group providing an environment for older people to continue to exercise in a safe and suitable program.

Bayside Tai Chi Centre

Various locations throughout Bayside providing the opportunity to learn and practice Tai Chi. 

Connect Health and Community

Programs for improving fitness and movement, including falls prevention, walking groups, Nordic walking, strength training and tai chi. Referral from a GP may be necessary for some activities. Some transport provided.

Highett Youth Club

Highett Youth Club's Move For Life Program aims to improve and maintain your mobility, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility for over 55s. Classes are conducted by qualified coaches within a safe environment catering for personal growth and development suitable for older adults. The classes provide variety for everyone to enjoy, are lots of fun and a wonderful opportunity for social engagement.

The Ramblers Walking Club

Day walks of 12-16km every Sunday at locations within 150km of Melbourne as well as a number of shorter mid-week walks.
