What can we help you with?

Whether it's how to motivate yourself when you're not feeling your best or how to speak up about a problem, we're here to help.

We've been through it ourselves and have years of experience supporting young people in a whole range of situations. So go ahead, ask us anything.

Please note this is not a crisis service. If you are in an emergency situation or need urgent assistance, contact emergency services on 000. If you need to speak to someone immediately, you can contact Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Will my question be private?

Yes, your questions will remain private and collated to see what common themes young people are facing. These will be published in our social channels (follow us on Facebook and Instagram) with information about where you can seek additional support.

What happens after I submit a question?

A private response will be emailed to you by a Youth Worker within 2 business days.
