Kicking Goals - a teen seminar for setting goals and smashing them

Secondary school aged young people in Bayside have reported self-blame when things are out of control and don't know if they are doing well. 

As a response to self-blame we have set up "Kicking Goals". Kicking Goals is a 1-hour seminar hosted by a friendly Youth Worker which aims to:

• Take a closer look at how we think
• Practice ways to think positively
• Reflect on the importance of values
• Set goals that you care about

Who is it for?

This seminar is for 12-17 year olds.

When is it?

There are 2 sessions available:

• Wednesday 24 February 4pm-5pm
• Tuesday 2 March 4pm-5pm

How much does it cost and do I need to book?

This is a free event but bookings are essential as places are limited.
