Following the Premier's announcement of the easing of COVID-19 restrictions and return to COVIDSafe Summer directions, Council facilities will reopen from Thursday 18 February.
The following facilities will reopen:
Please wear a mask while attending an indoor Council building and do not visit us if you are feeling unwell or have been tested for COVID-19 and are waiting on a test result.
Some revised restrictions will remain in place from Thursday 18 February.
Masks must be carried at all times. Masks are mandatory when inside (except in a residential home) and outdoors when cannot maintain 1.5m physical distancing (unless a lawful exemption applies).

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you should get tested.
The closest testing sites are at Sandringham Hospital (walk up) and Brighton Golf Course (drive through) – see location details.
