Cyclists reminded to slow down near pedestrians

We’ve realigned a section of the popular Bay Trail along Brighton Beach to improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists. 

On a footpath or shared path, cyclists must:

• Give way to pedestrians
• Keep left unless it is impractical to do so
• Slow down and ring your bell when overtaking.
