Library locker for Brighton East residents
We are bringing state-of-the-art technology to Hurlingham, Brighton East with the installation of a self-service, contactless library locker.
Members will be able to reserve books online and collect them from the library locker with a unique code (similar to parcel collection services at shopping centres).
The locker will be a freestanding structure in front of Hurlingham Pavilion, nearest to Nepean Highway. Access will be available 24/7.
Bayside City Council is matching funding received from the Victorian Government to introduce this new service, which is due to be completed in April. We will be trialling the system with some local residents before launching to the wider library community
