The Victorian Government has announced new restrictions from 5pm 31 December in response to recent cases of COVID including several public exposure sites in Bayside.
The following restrictions will be in place in Victoria:
- The limit of people gathering in the home is limited to 15.
- Masks are mandatory indoors. If you are planning to leave your home – take a mask and it needs to be worn anytime you are inside apart from when you’re eating or drinking.

If you have visited any of the public exposure sites listed on the DHHS website, you must get tested and isolate until you get a negative result.

The testing is free at the mobile testing stations, hospitals and bulk billed clinics.
The Call-to-Test service enables our most vulnerable to get tested for COVID-19 (coronavirus) at home with a qualified health clinician. The service provides access for people who cannot leave home due to injury, mobility or other eligible reasons.
