The spring sunshine and extra rain have supercharged grass growth in our parks and reserves.
We’ve recently had 193.5 mm of rain which means some days we have been unable to get around to mow lawns... plus mowing of wet grass takes longer.
Our contractors are on it, working busy overtime to whip, snip and mow over 400 hectares of our open space.
