    Elwood Main Drain Duplication project pop-up events

    Melbourne Water is reducing flooding impacts for our Elwood and Brighton communities by increasing the capacity of the stormwater drainage network. Starting in 2025, Melbourne Water will be building a new drain next to the existing Elwood Main Drain from Elsternwick Park to Port Phillip Bay.
