Planning Scheme Amendment C155
The State Environment Protection Policy (Prevention and Management of Contamination of Land) June 2002 requires us to seek an environmental audit of land where potentially contaminated land may be used for a sensitive use, such as residential or child care.
Amendment C155 proposes to apply the Environmental Audit Overlay to land which may be subject to potential contamination due its current or a historical land use. The amendment applies to land we have identified as having a high or medium potential risk of contamination.
How do I know if I'm affected by the amendment?
