The proposed lease is for a total of 21 years, at a commencement rental to be determined by Council’s Property Valuer and subject to annual increases in line with Consumer Price Index Melbourne All Groups (CPI).
Any person lodging a submission in relation to the proposal must do so before 5:00pm Wednesday 12 February 2020.
Submissions may also be:
- addressed to the Governance Officer, PO Box 27, Sandringham VIC 3191
- delivered to the Corporate Centre, 76 Royal Avenue, Sandringham.
If a person wishes to be heard in support of their submission, they must clearly indicate so in their submission. This will entitle them to appear in person, or by a person acting on their behalf, before a Special Committee of Council to be held on Wednesday 26 February 2020 at 7:30pm in the Council Chambers, Boxshall Street, Brighton. The meeting will proceed if one or more persons request to be heard in support of their submission.
Any person making a written submission under section 223 of the Act is advised that all submissions and personal information will be managed by Council in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
