The land is all of Lot 1 on TP80804T and part of Lot 1 on TP158981N, which is the area marked below coloured in black (approximately 108m2). The proposed sale includes two transactions: part being for the air space above the area coloured black; and the other part being the remainder of the ground and subterranean area coloured black.
Any person lodging a submission in relation to the proposal must do so before 5:00pm Friday 15 November 2019.

If a person wishes to be heard in support of their submission, they must clearly indicate so in their submission. This will entitle them to appear in person, or by a person acting on their behalf, before a Special Committee of Council to be held on Monday 25 November 2019 at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers, Boxshall Street, Brighton. The meeting will proceed if one or more persons request to be heard in support of their submission.
Any person making a written submission under section 223 of the Act is advised that all submissions and personal information will be managed by Council in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
