Report a missed bin collection

From 1 July 2022, were switching how often we empty your bins. Dark green lidded general waste bins will emptied fortnightly and light green lidded food and green waste bins will be emptied weekly. Have your say via the link below.

When are bins collected?

Rubbish bins are collected until 4pm – please report missed bins after 4pm.

How long does it take?

We will collect your missed bin within 2 working days.
