Request a copy of my rate notice

Use the below form to request a copy of a rate notice or a history listing for a specific property where you are named on the account.

If your address has changed you will need to update your rate notice details to ensure you receive future notices.

What is the difference between a rate notice and a transaction history?

A rate notice is a formal bill we send you each year. You can request notices as far back as 2013 for a specific property. A charge of $11.80 per notice is applicable for rate notices from previous years or a copy of your current rate notice where it has been paid. Current rate notices are available at the end of July.

A transaction listing is a summary of what was charged and paid over a period of time for a specific property. You can request a list of transactions as far back as 1996 and are supplied at no charge.

How will it be delivered?

The notice shall be mailed to the address held in our records. If you require the notice to be emailed or mailed to a different address, please update your rate notice details before completing this form. Requests can take up to 2 working days plus postage to be fulfilled.
