Hampton Life Saving Club deliver a life saving skills program designed for children and young adults with a disability 6 years and older, aiming to give young people with disabilities beach safety and water awareness skills.

The Hampton Dolphins is a group of children and teens with special needs who get together each week to learn basic soccer skills in a relaxed, friendly, non-competitive environment.
