For existing hirers: 2022 Senior Community Centre booking enquiry form

This form is for community clubs who have existing bookings to run regular groups, activities, events or meetings at one of our Senior Community Centres in Bayside.

The booking form needs to be completed for each activity offered by your club for 2022. 

This is a booking request only. We will be in touch to advise of the outcome of your requests.

Insurance
It is a requirement that clubs using the Bayside Seniors Community Centres on an ongoing basis have Public Liability Insurance. A copy of your Certificate of Currency (insurance) must be attached in order to secure your booking.

Total upload limit per form is 30 MB

Termination
Bayside City Council may terminate this agreement by providing 28-days' written notice to the hirer to vacate the premises and return the keys.
COVIDSafe Plan
It is a requirement that clubs using the Bayside Seniors Centres have a COVIDSafe plan that has been approved by Bayside City Council.
Do you have a COVIDSafe Plan?
You can still submit this request. However, a Bayside City Council officer will be in touch to help you create a COVIDSafe plan before you commence usage of a Bayside Senior Centre.
