To complete this form you will need
- Attach a clear plan of the proposed vehicle crossing (find example of proposed vehicle crossing attached (PDF, 96.67KB). The proposed crossover width is required to be on the plan as well as clear relevant dimensions
- Public assets such as pits, trees or power poles must be accurately shown on the plan
- Public liability insurance certification
- A valid Master or Visa Card - vehicle crossing permit application fee $334.00.
Are public assets affected?
Public assets within 1m of the proposed crossover will require written approval from the asset owner and uploaded when submitting this form. Refer to our vehicle crossing permits page for details of who the asset owners are.
How long does the permit last?
Once approved, the permit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, providing the proposed plans do not change.
NOTE: Should additional inspections be required, a fee of $190 will apply and be invoiced separately.
