Amendment C80 seeks to investigate further planning scheme protection to the Bayside Planning Scheme and reflect the Bayside Neighbourhood Character Review.

Amendment C109 Highett Neighbourhood Character

Amendment C109 proposes to implement neighbourhood character controls over two areas in Highett.

Highett Neighbourhood Character Review

This project relates to two separate areas in Highett formerly zoned for industrial purposes and now zoned residential. These two areas are currently not covered by the Bayside Planning Scheme Neighbourhood Character Policy at Clause 22.07 as they were not zoned residential at the time that clause was introduced into the planning scheme.
