What is the circular economy?
The Circular Economy is the sustainable antidote to our current linear economy, driven by continuous production, consumption, and waste, causing pollution and environmental impacts.
Rather than dealing with waste as an outcome, the Circular Economy represents significant economic opportunity by focusing on designing waste out from the start.
- eliminate waste and pollution
- circulate products and materials (at their highest value)
- regenerate nature.
By adopting the Circular Economy, every business can contribute to a more sustainable and socially responsible future. This approach not only leads to stronger financial and environmental outcomes but also fosters a sense of social responsibility and connection with the community.
The circular economy has three fundamental principles:
- eliminate waste and pollution
- circulate products and materials (at their highest value)
- regenerate nature.
Businesses can use the circular economy to drive more substantial financial, environmental and social outcomes for their business and customers. The Go Circular business program will show you how.

“I thought I ran a fairly sustainable practice, but the Going Circular Training course opened my eyes to new ways of seeing what being Sustainable means.
I feel like it was a great re-boot and opportunity to think about how my micro business could do better in this space. I highly recommend the course.”
