Shannon and Young Coffee

Four years ago, Shannon worked at the social enterprise 'Young Coffee'. Shannon has worked through a number of very difficult personal circumstances but has always believed that a smile and a coffee can make a difference to a person struggling with their own personal challenges.

Jeff and Food for Youth

Jeff and his sisters set up the charity Food for Youth. They have worked hard collecting spare food from across the Bayside community. They then donate it to a range of charities across Australia. This includes almost 50 cans of beans, 20 cans of tomatoes and 5 boxes of fruit.

Jessica and Responsible Mask Disposal

Jessica set up an awareness video campaign to educate others when masks were introduced. She promoted the campaign within her school and then via some local environmental community groups to educate others on the risks they pose to animal and marine life if not disposed of thoughtfully.
