Take a pledge for your mental health this September

We invite young people (aged 10-25) with a connection to Bayside to sign our pledge on how they will look after themselves, friends, and family during COVID-19.

Each person who signs the pledge during wellness month will have a self-care pack sent to their home. This will be distributed following current DHHS COVID-19 restrictions.

Wellness month was created by the Boombox Events youth committee to support young people during COVID-19. Wellness month encourages young people to check in on themselves and their friends and to learn new tips on picking yourself up when you are feeling down.
