If you are planning to hold an event on streets, footpaths, public open space or property owned or maintained by the Bayside City Council, you are required to complete an Event Registration application form.
If you are just wishing to establish the feasibility of holding an event within Bayside it is important for you to review the event guidelines (PDF, 290.13KB) and complete the following form for assessment.
It should be noted that a booking is not confirmed until:
a) The event registration form is completed and submitted to Council for review.
b) Council has officially confirmed in writing that it 'in-principle' supports the staging of the event (subject to compliance with all aspects of the of the Event Registration Form).
