Week 1

Stop. Breath. Chill. Mindfulness strategies to find a place of steadiness, no matter what is going on in your life.

Reduce stress and anxiety with breathing techniques, mindfulness practices and meditation.

Week 2

Dealing with difficult emotions: building emotional literacy and happiness.

Understanding what you are feeling and how to use mindfulness and other strategies to work skillfully with emotions.

Happiness is a skill and like any skill, it can be developed with practice. By applying positive psychology practices, you can strengthen your happiness “muscle” for greater optimism and joy.

Week 3

Selfcare is a superpower. Identify your character strengths and play to those attributes.

When working with difficult emotions and challenging circumstances, having compassion for ourselves, and establishing self-care practices enables us to build resilience and confidence in our ability to meet the challenges of life. It also builds empathy for those around us.

This week we’ll also identify and acknowledge personal strengths for greater confidence and wellbeing.

Week 4

Understanding the nature of the mind and how to master your mindset.

Understanding how our brain works, helps us to create a growth mindset, which improves motivation, creative problem solving and reduces stress and anxiety. We’ll be applying positive psychology strategies to combat worries and update the operating system that’s running your mindset for greater confidence, self-belief and resilience.
