A range of payment options, including different instalment dates, payment methods and concessions are available to Bayside ratepayers.

Update your rates notice details to ensure you receive your latest notice. The most recent rates are issued at the end of July 2019.

STEP 1: Pick your plan

STEP 2: Pick your payment method

Payment option 1: Prompt payment discount

Ratepayers must pay by the 31st August to take advantage of this discount.

This discount is calculated on the current year’s rates and charges (excluding the Victorian Fire Services Levy). The discount amount is shown on your rates notice.

To pay by instalments you must make the first instalment by the 30th September.

If you miss the 30th September payment date, any payments received will be treated as a part payment only and we will expect you to pay the remaining amount by 15 February.

Reminder notices are sent to instalment payers only. It is important that you make the first payment by the 30th September to receive any further instalment notices.

Instalment notices are issued 2-4 weeks prior to the due date.
