Course details
Improve your knowledge of mental illnesses, treatments and first aid strategies by learning how you can assist a young person who might be developing a mental health problem or is experiencing a mental health crisis.
Who is eligible to attend this course?
To attend this course you need to live, work or volunteer with young people in Bayside.

How much is the course?
The course itself is free but we require a $20 deposit to confirm your place. This will be refunded upon completion of the course.
When is it?
The course runs across four dates. You must attend all four dates to complete the course and reclaim your deposit.
- Session 1 : Monday 26 April, 6pm – 9.15pm
- Session 2: Monday 3 May, 6pm – 9.15pm
- Session 3: Monday 10 May, 6pm – 9.15pm
- Session 4: Monday 17 May, 6pm – 9.15pm
