    For those that went away over the Easter break and school holidays I trust you had a good break. I came back for a day during my break to attend the Resilient Cities Forum.


    Bayside boat ramps to close for reconstruction

    The $1 million reconstruction works will soon commence on Bayside’s Half Moon Bay boat ramp and jetty and North Road jetty to restore and enhance these important community resources following storm damage in July 2014.


    Minister rejects inappropriate growth zones for Bayside

    Council welcomed the Minister for Planning’s decision on 9 April 2015 not to proceed with Draft Amendment C125 that would see Residential Growth Zones applied to areas of Highett, Cheltenham, Hampton East & Brighton East.


    Martin Street upgrade on track

    Martin Street will be closed to traffic in one direction from Easter Saturday until 15 April to enable reconstruction of the road and construction of pedestrian crossings at Asling Street and Spink Street.
