Educational Program Facilitator: Help Us Create a Generation of Upstanders!

At Courage to Care our volunteers are our lifeblood. Our volunteers have delivered Upstander educational programs to 150,000 participants across Victoria! Working with students and the wider community, we empower others to stand up and take positive action.

As an educational facilitator your role will be to guide students through the digital resources and conduct facilitated small group discussions at Courage to Care workshops for Victorian students.

The purpose of the workshop is to help students explore their personal experiences, attitudes and behaviour to empower them to become effective Upstanders when encountering situations of racism, prejudice, bullying or discrimination.

Facilitators equip students with Upstander tools and inspire them to become Upstanders.

You will find it incredibly rewarding to deliver the Upstander message directly to participants and you will be able to see that you are making a real difference in the community!

Full training and ongoing mentorship provided.
