We are here to support our community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please do not attend any Bayside City Council facilities or services if you are unwell or have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.

Support

Our Community Support Line is open for all residents experiencing hardship or vulnerability due to COVID-19.

Services available include emergency food relief, delivered meals, referral to specialist agencies, social connections program and help with shopping and in home care.

Council’s hardship policy can be applied to ratepayers who are having difficulty paying their rates as a result of COVID-19. Make a rates payment arrangement.

Council is not a COVID-19 vaccination provider but there are many vaccination locations within, or close to, Bayside.
