Online digital learning at Bayside libraries

Bayside Library Service is committed to supporting digital learning in our community. 

We offer classes and one-on-one help with using eResources like eBooks.

We also offer free use of public PCs and unlimited free Wi-Fi in all of our libraries.

Be Connected

Bayside Library is proud to be a partner with Be Connected. Be Connected is an Australian Government initiative designed to help the community thrive in a digital world. Various online learning resources are available, including access to a Network of community partners, so you can develop your digital skills and confidence. The service is completely free to use and works entirely within your web browser.

Join Jo Lambie for 'Tech Tip Tuesday'. Come along and enjoy a new tech tip each week, along with a laugh and chat with others.

Book a computer

Computer bookings can be made over the phone or in person at any branch. Bookings can be made up to a week in advance for up to 2 hours. Visitors are provided a 7 day account on presentation of photo ID.

Wi-Fi access

Free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is available at all Bayside libraries during opening hours with no time limit. Users under the age of 18 with a Wi-Fi enabled device will be considered to have parental permission to access the internet.
