The Victorian Dining and Entertainment Program has come to an end with $25 million now claimed in cash back.

From 10am on Monday 19 September The Victorian Dining and Entertainment Program is open, offering rebates on dining and entertainment experiences across Bayside and beyond.

  • You can claim 25% back when you spend $40 or more
  • Claim up to $125 
  • Claims are now open
  • Dining and Entertainment experience rebates are on any day of the week.
  • You can make multiple claims until you reach a combined total of $125 cash back.

You must get a tax invoice at the point of sale that includes the business ABN and name, purchase date, items purchased and transaction total.

Eating out

You can claim 25% on the total cost of your dining experience when you spend $40 or more.

Eligible hospitality businesses include:

  • cafes and restaurants
  • bars and pubs (food must be purchased)
  • registered clubs – excluding private clubs not open to the public
  • breweries, distilleries and wineries (food must be purchased)
  • fast food and take away outlets, juice bars and kiosks
  • restaurants and cafes open to the public within accommodation such as hotels
  • hospitality venues within sporting, arts and theatre precincts
  • food courts
  • cinemas
  • temporary food premises including mobile food trucks, vans, canteens and trailers.

The program is available on a first come, first served basis until all funds are exhausted or by 11:59pm 16 December 2022.

You can make multiple claims for dining and entertainment until you reach a total of $125 cash back.

Entertainment

You can claim 25% on the total cost of your entertainment experience when you spend $40 or more.

This includes:

  • events and festivals (not including sporting events)
  • cinemas
  • exhibitions and conferences
  • museums, galleries and zoos
  • live performances, including theatre, music, comedy, literary events and fashion shows
  • amusement parks, arcades, water parks, theme parks, tourist ferries and trains, mini golf and go-kart venues.

The program is available on a first come, first served basis until funds are exhausted or by 11:59pm Friday 16 December 2022.

You can make multiple claims for dining and entertainment until you reach a total of $125 cash back.
