World-renowned children’s theatre company, Polyglot, is back with their latest Play Space work, Bees!
Inspired by the intricate and wonderful life and work of bees, Polyglot Theatre’s latest Play Space work, Bees, is sure to be the buzz in town!
Join us at Lakeside Green at Elsternwick Park on 21 May 2022 for a fun-filled day out, which will certainly capture your attention and put a smile on faces of all ages.
Watch in awe as this public space is re-imagined into a humming hive of activity, as three human-sized bees busy themselves in the creation of a community alongside children who transform into bees as they play.
Bees is a joyful interactive experience in which children and families are welcomed into a world of wonder and imagination.
Building on the fascinating, non-verbal communication of bees, this production immerses participants in a sensory experience, involving sounds, shapes, and scents as they explore the bee world.
There are 4 x 30 minute sessions, held at 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 2.30pm, plus activities between sessions, including Bee Crafty with Bayside Library Service!
