You now have a planning permit. It may include conditions that you submit plans or reports for endorsement before the development or use commences.
This form allows you to submit those plans or reports electronically. You can submit plans to comply with Condition 1 or any other conditions of your planning permit that require a plan or report to be endorsed.
Should you wish to make other changes to your plans or reports that are not related to the permit conditions, this will need to be lodged as a formal amendment and fees will apply.
To complete this form you will need
- To have paid the Drainage Contribution Levy if required
- An electronic copy of plans or reports
- Your planning permit number
- A valid Visa or Mastercard if payment if required
How much does it cost?
The initial submission of amended plans is at no cost. Please check that your plans comply with the conditions before submitting.
If your plans are reviewed and considered unsatisfactory, you will need to resubmit and pay a fee of $225 per submission. The planning officer will advise you of the changes necessary to obtain Council endorsement.
What if I have accidentally sent the wrong plans?
If you have submitted the wrong plans you can email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of submission with the correct plans.
Please make sure that your attachment is under 20MB in size. If your plans are over 20MB, please call us on (03) 9599 4796 within 24 hours of submission to submit replacement plans.
How long does it take?
It will take on average 30 days for you to receive a decision on your proposed plans. Incorrect plans will take longer to consider. All outstanding fees must be paid before Council endorses the plans.

The total size limit for all attachments is 20 MB per submission. If you would like to send more files, send them to email@example.com quoting your property address. The total size limit for email attachments is also 20 MB.
