Bayside rates notices with Beach Parking Permits coming soon
Keep an eye out in your letterbox for your annual rates notice – with your new three-year Beach Parking Permit 2023-26 also enclosed.
Each ratepayer receiving a printed rates notice will get two free Beach Parking Permits 2023-26 in the envelope. Eligible residents can purchase additional permits via our website.
This year, resident ratepayers who receive their rates notice via email or BPAY View will have the option to apply for a digital Beach Parking Permit from 2 October 2023.
Our new digital permits are easy to use, transferrable between vehicles and secure:
- Easy – to apply, transfer between vehicles, update when you move or change vehicles.
- Transferable - between vehicles and when changing vehicles.
- Secure – digital permits can’t be lost, stolen or misplaced. Registration data is stored securely under strict cyber security requirements.
Current Beach Parking Permits do not expire until 30 October 2023.
The new digital permits will be available from Council’s website from 2 October 2023.
Current Residential Parking Permits will be automatically transferred to the new digital system.
