This page includes questions typically asked of potential and existing Bayside Care and Support clients. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, please contact our team on 03 9599 4632.

Are your aged care services free?

Bayside Care and Support’s services are funded by the Commonwealth Government. However, there is typically a requirement for co-contribution. The level of funding and cost to the client depends on your care needs and what program you have been assessed for. Bayside Care and Support also offer services under Veteran Affairs and for those eligible for Home and Community Care (HACC) services. More information on fees and funding.

Does Bayside Care and Support hire their own care workers?
