Quality Staff   

To ensure we provide the best service to Bayside City Council senior residents, we have built over many decades a dedicated and skilled workforce. All our staff: 

• Are employed on a permanent basis 
• Undergo thorough and regular police checks 
• Are experienced and have relevant qualifications  
• Participate in council-run mandatory training  
• Have first aid certificates  
• Have valid driver’s licenses and registered vehicles with third party insurance  
• Have at least two COVID vaccinations and access to yearly flu vaccinations 

In addition, our Care Coordination Team all have relevant tertiary qualifications.

• Matching you with a care worker who meets your specific requirements, such as speaking a preferred language wherever possible 
• Offering the flexibility to make changes to your care through our rostering team
