Report a missed bin collection

Use this form to report a bin that has not been emptied as part of your normal collection cycle.

When are bins emptied?

Our waste collection trucks empty bins until 4pm. If your bin hasn't been emptied by 4pm on your normal collection day, please report your missed bin within 2 days of your normal collection day.

How long does it take?

We will empty your missed bin within 2 working days so make sure you leave it out.
