Dance Movement for People with Dementia

Experience the joy of movement and connection in our Dance Movement program for individuals with dementia and their carers. Through simple activities, we create a space for expression, using rhythm and music to relax and reconnect. All abilities are welcome, with activities adapted to individual needs. As a carer support initiative this program provides a supportive environment for both carers and individuals with dementia.
Please wear closed shoes for comfort and safety during sessions.
