Physical Theatre and Games Workshop for All Ages

Come and connect with friends old and new through physical theatre games and exercises!

This is a workshop for all people aged 6+ years.

Bring your grandma, your kids, your friends, or come solo. With games, connection and play at its core, this workshop will take you through movement exercises and theatre improvisation and games. Expect laughter, focus, collaboration and connecting with and leading from joy.

This workshop is facilitated by Laura Trenerry. Laura is an actor, comedian and theatre maker. She is one third of comedy trio The Travelling Sisters, half of comedy duo The Beryls and regularly runs workshops for young people and the young at heart, including the Comedy & Connection program for seniors.
