Volunteers: Neighbourhood Watch - Brighton and Hampton

A new Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) group is being set up to cover Brighton and Hampton.
NHW is a not- for- profit community-based organisation where volunteers come together to support Victoria Police to make local communities safer by promoting crime prevention initiatives and closer community ties.

Membership of NHW is free and volunteers can be at three levels:
1. Volunteering to just wanting to be kept informed of what's happening in our area.
2. Volunteering to help with events, newsletter writing, education, management, sponsorships, advertising, funding, website development, graphics, etc..... There is something for everyone.
3. Volunteering to be on the Committee either as a Director, Treasurer, Secretary, or general committee member and plan and direct activities to help keep our community safe.

It does not require a huge time commitment and is totally flexible to take into account everyone's plans be they travel, study, whatever.
