Immunisation sessions will continue as advertised but bookings are now essential. Please ring Family Services on 9599 4755 to make a booking.
We will be enforcing strict hygiene and social distancing guidelines.
Please do not attend if you have been overseas in the last 14 days, have been in contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case, feel unwell or are waiting on a COVID-19 swab result.
Influenza vaccinations for children between 6 months of age and up until age 5 are available from April each year at our community immunisation sessions.
We can also offer vaccinations for those over the age of 65 years, and those between 5 and 64 years of age with an underlying medical condition.
Those eligible include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, pregnant women (at any stage of pregnancy) and medical conditions that put the individual at risk of severe influenza and its complications.
Are you aware there are vaccines available for private purchase that are not on the National Immunisation Program but are recommended by vaccine experts?
We have some of the following vaccines available for purchase and administer at our Community Immunisation Sessions. Vaccines can also be purchased from your local GP.
If you would like further information about these vaccines or where to source dose(s) please speak with the Bayside Council Immunisation Team on 9599 4755 or your GP.
Payments are currently only available online.
Please bring your receipt to the council immunisation session.
