Influenza vaccine update

Influenza vaccinations for children between 6 months of age and up until age 5, are now available at our community immunisation sessions.

We can also offer vaccinations for those over the age of 65 years, and those between 5 and 64 years of age with an underlying medical condition.

Those eligible include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, pregnant women (at any stage of pregnancy) and medical conditions that put the individual at risk of severe influenza and its complications.

Are you aware there are vaccines available for private purchase that are not on the National Immunisation Program but are recommended by vaccine experts?
