Artist Trudy Rice, brings the colours and delights of nature to her works on paper, paintings and designs. She particularly loves the gardens and birdlife close to home.
Her original artworks are created with initial drawings and etchings using the printmaking methods of solar plate etching and monotype. She also loves to paint and design wallpaper and homewares products.
Three designs were chosen for a collection of products for Australia Post rolling out Nationally in Sept-Nov 2022.
Represented by several Australian Galleries, her work is in many collections, including the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre, Austin Hospital, State Library and private collections in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom.
