Volunteering opportunities

We understand and value the important role volunteers play in building a happy and healthy community. Find out about the types of volunteering you can do with us and the Bayside community.

Volunteering is a fun and an easy way to explore your interests and passions. As a volunteer, you can make a significant contribution to various areas of community life.

Volunteering with Bayside City Council

Bayside City Council manages a range of programs which rely on volunteers to deliver services to the Bayside community. We welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities and endeavour to match each individual with meaningful roles within the community.

Please note that in order to minimise the spread of the COVID-19 virus, many of Council's volunteer programs have been suspended until further notice.  We will keep you up to date with any new information as it arrives.
