Tuning in to Kids is an evidenced based, 6-week parenting program for parents/carers to strengthen the emotional connection with their child/children. It teaches skills in emotion coaching to help your child develop skills of emotional intelligence. Children with greater emotional intelligence have been shown to be more resilient and have greater success in being able to self soothe when upset or angry, in making friendships, managing conflict, as well as a predictor of academic and career success.

Belinda Stone is a contemporary artist working from her studio in Beaumaris. In this exhibition Belinda explores colour palettes both calming and vibrant & explores staining on canvas and making marks into the paints using different textures.
