National Recycling Week is coming up and with this year’s theme ‘Waste is not waste until it’s wasted’, we’ve got a great line-up of events.
We’ll be cooking up the perfect zero-waste cooking workshop.
Join us for an educational cooking experience that will focus on innovative yet simple ways to reduce household food waste, improve food storage and use up leftovers and cook with the whole vegetable.
The workshop includes:
- Discussions & activities about food waste, food storage & using up leftovers
- Tastings of zero waste recipe: Veggie Scrap Fritters
- Recipes & resources to help further your knowledge of food waste reduction at home
