Connect and converse this week at Seniors Fest

After a magnificent opening week, the Bayside Healthy Ageing Seniors Festival keeps on giving with more events and activities for your enjoyment.

This Sunday make your way down to the Black Rock Sports Club at 1pm, where you can try tennis, bowls or simply bask in the ambience of this hidden gem. It is a free event and no bookings are required!

If you fancy a gentle form of exercise, the Sandy Croquet Club are holding free lessons on Tuesday 17 October, make a booking by contacting sandycroquet@gmail.com.

Want to learn more about making your retirement purposeful? ABC presenter Paul Arnott will be sharing his wisdom at St. Michael’s Church, Beaumaris on Wednesday 18 October. You can make a booking here.

The Silver Salties are hosting a pilates class on Friday October 13 and yoga on Monday October 16 at Sandringham Surf Life Saving Club. You can contact silversalties@sandringhamlsc.org.au to make a booking.

The theme of our 2023 event is Learn. Live. Love, and we encourage you to embrace the opportunity to have some fun, connect with the community and discover new passions.
