Funding for sustainability projects
Apply for up to $5,000 Climate Emergency Grant
Thursday 12 May 2022
Are you part of a non-profit community organisation or public school looking to do more about sustainability and the environment?
The Bayside City Council Climate Emergency Grants provide funding of up to $5,000 for activities, events, projects, and programs which support and enable action to address the Climate Emergency in Bayside and the reduction of greenhouse gas emission levels.
Eligible projects need to align with the goals of Council’s Climate Emergency Action Plan but think big! This could be anything from installing solar panels to starting a community compost or veggie garden, installing bicycle racks to encourage cycling, hosting a tree-planting, or a sustainability education program or event.
Applications close on Wednesday 18 May at 5:00pm.
