Getting your issues resolved

Find out about the most efficient way to get your community issues solved

In the past year, we resolved over 100,000 community requests, including fixing footpaths, removing graffiti, and collecting dumped rubbish.

We're thankful for community members who reach out and help us keep Bayside beautiful.

Of these requests, 95% were closed out within the specified timeframe, including 99% of 20,011 hard waste bookings being collected within 4 business days.

To help get issues resolved more effectively, we've launched live chat on our website during business hours, so you can now speak directly to a member of our Customer Service Team online.

Did you know...?

The most efficient way to get a community issue resolved is to report it directly to us.

Reporting via the Bayside City Council website enables us to capture the relevant information and get it resolved quickly.

Our Report a Problem page contains a list of different request types, while you can also call us on 9599 4444 or visit us at 76 Royal Avenue, Sandringham.

Issues reported by third parties will also be actioned but may take longer for us to resolve.
