Public Holiday for Queen’s Day of Mourning
Bayside City Council services and facilities will be closed on the National Day of Mourning for Her Majesty The Queen on Thursday 22 September.
Council services and facilities will also be closed for the AFL Grand Final Public Holiday on Friday 23 September.
This includes our Corporate Centre, all four Bayside Library branches Bayside Gallery, Maternal and Child Health Centres and the Bayside Waste and Recycling Centre.
While libraries will be closed, you will still be able to return borrowed materials via the book return chutes. Any items due back on 22 September have been extended. and requests for items to be collected on the Thursday and Friday can be collected on Monday 26 September.
