    ALGA supports SGARs motion

    A notice of motion was brought to Bayside City Council in March 2022 to find suitable alternatives to rat poisons known as Second-Generation Anticoagulant Rodenticides (SGARs) that contain toxins thought to be contributing to a sharp increase in deaths of endangered Powerful Owls.

    Fern Street Children’s Centre will deliver a high-quality learning environment through three and four-year-old kindergarten. The centre will also provide occasional care, a space for community group hire and maternal and child health support services.
